Electoral Microtargeting

Collection and analysis of historical election data to efficiently plan the electoral strategy of a given candidate or party.

It is developed through the following process: first, a history is obtained for each polling place of the candidate and his allies, or, in case the candidate is new, of the political space he wants to occupy; second, a survey is conducted to help profile socio-demographic the voters of the universe of defined polling places. Finally, for the same segment, group sessions and interviews are conducted, which are vital to produce a radiography of the electoral microtargeting per polling place, with which the electoral strategy is defined.

Combined research methods

Faced with the new processes of modern society, the need has arisen to study group perceptions on various topics of interest such as: education, unemployment, crime, elections, market behavior, peace and reconciliation, among others.

In order to obtain a more accurate view of the impact that these perceptions may have, we have developed a methodology that allows us to concentrate individual judgments and group them through indicators to facilitate their interpretation and analysis.

Satisfaction surveys are aimed at building the loyalty of the organization’s so-called external or internal customers. It is about determining the degree to which the organization understands the needs of the users.

We identify the main drivers on which the relationship of a brand/company with its customers is based and from these we offer a consultancy to define, plan, execute and monitor the performance of loyalty strategies.

Corporate image and reputation coincide in being perceptions of different stakeholders about organizations.

Image studies consist of evaluating a set of people’s perceptions of a company or brand. Reputation studies seek to measure the recognition that different stakeholders give to a company or brand for the fulfillment of certain commitments to the environment (customers, shareholders, employees and society).

We offer a customized product for each organization.

In this process we determine the characteristics of a community, with particular conditions such as ethnicity, geographic location and victimizing event, through demographic, geographic and economic variables. To do so, we combine quantitative and qualitative research.

We implement a participatory methodology through which the community is involved throughout the process.

Through the use of qualitative research techniques, we measure short-term behavioral patterns in ethnic groups, with the purpose of revealing a certain social phenomenon.

This study provides information to the organization and its directives about the perceptions and attitudes of the collaborators that compose it, which helps in the task of seeking a continuous improvement of the environment and productivity.
